• A FICO® score estimator (for educational purposes only, not an official credit score).

BAY CASH ADVANCE, INC is not a lender. We do not issue loans or make credit decisions. Loan offers, rates, terms, and approvals are provided solely by third-party lenders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the App. Use of the App is limited to residents of the United States, where permitted by law.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security.
• Not misuse the App to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.

4. Loan Matching Disclaimer

• Loan terms, amounts, APRs, and repayment options are determined solely by third-party lenders.
